Since childhood, I’ve had a deep interest in health and wellness, which led me to explore areas like sports, healthy habits, nutrition, and yoga. This journey helped me develop a broader understanding of the body and human behavior from different perspectives.
In 2022, I took a significant step forward by completing my yoga teacher training. It was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had, giving me valuable tools to not only deepen my personal practice but also share the benefits of yoga with others.
In 2024, I further expanded my knowledge by joining the Health Coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). The program has exposed me to a wealth of information from incredible educators and helped me develop new skills and techniques for supporting others on their wellness journeys.
I am now open to connecting with others and contributing to the health and wellness world, continuing to learn, grow, and help guide others toward healthier, more balanced lives.
